Delivery charges

Your ordered items will be prepared for shipping once payment has been processed. Please ensure before you finalise your order that you specify your full last name, first name, shipping address, telephone number and e-mail-address.

Your order will be shipped either by post or via a courier service. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking-number in order for you to be able to see at any time the delivery status of your order.

Shipments inside the European Union carry a VAT charge which is included in the price. Shipments outside the European Union will have this VAT deducted at checkout. Please note that any import duties due at the destination country must be borne by the recipient. 

Austria:

  • For orders up to €49
    • Standard: €7, 2-3 business days
    • Priority: €10, 1-2 business days
  • For orders €50 and above
    • Standard: Free, 2-3 business days

Germany:

  • For orders up to €49
    • Standard: 10€, 3-5 business days
    • Priority: 20€, 1-2 business days
  • For orders €50 and above
    • Standard: Free, 3-5 business days

European Union excluding Austria and Germany:

  • For orders up to €99
    • Standard: €10, 3-5 business days
    • Priority: 20€, 1-2 business days
  • For orders €100 and above
    • Standard: Free, 3-5 business days

Rest of the World:

  • For orders up to €199
    • Standard: €20, 5-7 business days
    • Priority: €40, 2-3 business days
  • For orders €200 and above
    • Standard: Free, 5-7 business days

If your country is not on the list at checkout, please contact us and we'll work with you to create a personal quote.

Transport damage

Despite our best efforts, a package may become damaged during transport. Upon receipt of your delivery please check immediately if there are any signs of damage to the packaging and inform the courier about this. If the packaging is damaged, please record the defects on the delivery note. The delivery note is an important document as proof of compensation for LMN3 or the shipping company (refund).

If you notice any damage after having unpacked the package, please get in touch with our customer service within 3 days from receipt of your order . Please email our customer service at info@lmnthree.com. You can always contact us through our contact form.
