Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HOODE SL, Urb. El Rosario, Calle Los Bernardos 287, 29604 Marbella, Spain ; phone: +34 (0) 684402790, email: info@lmnthree.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by email).
To comply with the stated withdrawal period it is sufficient to dispatch the notice of withdrawal or the goods in this period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you (excluding the costs of delivery) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. However, the returned products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials and accessories, including packing inserts and tags. Clothing may be tried on to determine the fit, size, etc. Please make sure this is carried out in the the same manner as you would do in a shop.
Any product that is damaged, used, dirty or returned in an incomplete state will not be exchanged nor the purchase price refunded.
Effects of partial withdrawal
In case you are unable to return or surrender the received good(s) and service(s) as well as benefit(s) enjoyed (e.g. benefits from usage) in total or in part or only in deteriorated condition, you have to provide compensation for its reduced value.
Returning an item
The return shipping costs are not refundable and are to borne by the purchaser. Please ship the parcel back to us with the freight and duties prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
Always fill out the return form which was sent to you with the goods at the time of purchase, and ship it along with the goods to the following address:
